The Coronavirus pandemic has bought about very unusual and challenging times for everybody. The health and well being of our customers is our top priority as always. We are operating in accordance with government advice and are limiting the jobs we undertake to make sure we only do essential work at this time. We have listed below what we are doing to minimise the spread of COVID-19 in the hope it will help customers to feel at ease that we are doing as much as we can to protect the health of our customers and our engineer. 

• We will be using disinfectants, hand sanitiser and PPE to minimise the risk to the customer and our engineer while on the premises. 
• We ask that any customers maintain social distancing by remaining in a different room in the property while we carry out the work. 
• We will try and complete work in as few visits to the property as possible
• Any vulnerable persons (People with underlying health issues or over the age of 70) are asked to make preparations so we can access the property and carry out the work without coming into close contact

As government advice changes, so will our policy and we will update our customers accordingly.
